Changing your tire pressure can makes a big impact on your tires contact area with the ground while off-roading. When encountering different terrains such as mud, rocks, or sand, you might require a range of different tire pressures. When “airing down” your tires, you increase your contact patch and get quite a bit more grip out of your tire. 10-15lbs less psi in your tire can be the difference in being stuck in a situation and getting out of one. After adjusting your tires for more grip to conquer that hill or get out of a tough situation, you are going to run into a problem; how do you air back up to keep moving on? Here is where the compressor mount comes into play.
